Temasek-backed venture capital firm Vertex Ventures China has raised at least $375 million so far for its fifth China-focused fund, its filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) shows.
According to the filing, Vertex Ventures China has already secured commitments from at least nine investors for Vertex Ventures China V LP, which was launched in December last year.
