Vickers Venture’s SPAC looks to raise $100m in US IPO

Vickers Vantage, a Singapore-based blank check company formed by venture capital firm Vickers Venture Partners, has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to raise about $100 million in an initial public offering (IPO).

A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) is a company without operations that is formed only to raise capital to acquire other businesses. SPACs are also called blank check companies.
