The stake disposals of Vietnam’s major state-owned beer makers Sabeco and Habeco will be handed over to the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) if the Ministry of Industry and Trade fails to submit the divestment prospectus by the end of this month, the local government said on Wednesday.
