Asia Digest: VIG Partners sells Starvision; AIMMO bags $12m; B2Link buys Picky

South Korea’s VIG Partners has sold its 51% stake in Starvision, a manufacturer of contact lenses, while beauty products aggregator B2Link has acquired Picky. In another deal from S Korea, data processing platform AIMMO has raised $12 million in a Series A round.

South Korean buyout fund VIG Partners has signed a definitive agreement to sell its 51.03% stake in Starvision, a domestic beauty contact lens manufacturer and retailer, to the company’s founder and current minority shareholder Sang Jin Park.
