BandLab, a Singapore-based social music-maker platform, has raised $53 million in a Series B funding round led by Vulcan Capital in a bid to expand its team and reach globally, according to a statement on Friday.
The company managed to rope in Vulcan Capital, the investment company founded by Microsoft co-founder Paul G. Allen, with “significant” participation from new investor K3 Ventures and existing investor Caldecott Music Group.
