Global venture capital firm <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.waldenintl.com/index.aspx" target="_blank">Walden International (WI)</a> has inducted <a style="color: #000080;" href="https://in.linkedin.com/pub/ganapathy-subramaniam/27/598/258" target="_blank">Ganapathy Subramaniam</a> as venture partner for its own and affiliate funds such as WRV II.
Headquartered in San Francisco, WI has assets under management (AUM) of over $2.3 billion with an investment portfolio that includes GoPro, Creative Technology, MindTree, SINA and several others. In the Indian market, they are currently seeking to invest in ventures operating in the IT &amp; financial services, consumer services &amp; products, healthcare services and mobile sectors. To date, they have <a style="color: #000080;" href="https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/walden-international/exits" target="_blank">exited 17 ventures</a>, thorough a combination of trade sales and initial public offerings (IPOs).
Subramaniam, the CEO and founder of <a style="color: #000080;" href="http://www.cosmiccircuits.com" target="_blank">Cosmic Circuits</a>, has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to his tenure at Cosmic Circuits, he had served as a director with Texas Instruments, with a focus on analogue, RF design and design management.

Subramaniam shared in an official statement that &#8220;I am excited to be part of Walden International and continue my established relationship with Lip‐Bu. India has a rich experience in semiconductors and electronics.
