Private equity firm Warburg Pincus has initiated the initial share sale process at two of its portfolio companies—hospitality firm Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd and drug maker Laurus Labs Pvt. Ltd, according to three people aware of the developments.
“Discussions with investment banks have been initiated at both the firms,” said one of the three people cited above, requesting anonymity, as he is not authorized to speak to reporters.
