SG's Wavemaker Partners launches $25m climate tech venture builder

Singapore-based VC firm Wavemaker Partners has launched Wavemaker Impact, a climate tech venture builder in Southeast Asia, targeting to raise $25 million for its first fund.

Wavemaker Impact was established by Steve Melhuish, the founder of PropertyGuru and an impact investor; Doug Parker, former COO of Nutonomy; Paul Santos, managing partner of Wavemaker Partners; and Quentin Vaquette, and Marie Cheong of impact investing firm ENGIE Factory Asia Pacific.
