DocPrime received an initial internal funding of $50 million from parent company PolicyBazaar Group in September this year.
The acquisition signals Quikr’s strategy to build the transaction business on top of classifieds.
Omidyar Network, Ford Foundation and Resonance Impact Fund have come on board as new limited partners (LPs) at Capria.
NinjaCart’s existing investors Accel India, Nandan Nilekani NRJN Trust, Misteltoe and Qualcomm Venture also participated in the round.
The company has so far raised funds worth $31 million. Roposo is also backed by Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal and venture capital firm India Quotient.
Quikr has raised over $350 million so far in equity funding from Warburg Pincus, Matrix Partners and Norwest Venture Partners, among others.
Existing investors Helion Venture Partners and Exfinity Venture Partners also participated in the funding round.
The new funding round comes after the Gurgaon-based company raised $21 million led by Vy Capital in June last year.
Eruditus raised $2.3 million in debt from Temasek-owned Innoven Capital in July.
