Punjab National Bank is looking to sell the shares at an indicative price of Rs168 each.
The funds raised will be used to fund growth and expansion, and to boost capital ratios.

All proceeds will go to Vincom Retail's private equity investors and other shareholders.

The IPO had an indicative range of S$0.80 to S$0.93 per unit.
Pre-marketing will end on March 9 and books will open in mid-March.
