20% of all ASEAN deals fell through in last year: Report

At least $43 billion or 20 per cent of all the Southeast Asia based merger and acquisition deals (M&A) have fallen through in the last 12 months, says a Straits Times report,

In fact, the Singapore Exchange has not observed an initial public (IPO) larger than $25 million in 2015, excepting a recent acquisition deal by Keppel Infrastructure Trust.
