China Deal Monitor: ClickPaaS closes $10m round and more updates

Development platform ClickPaaS has secured as much as $10 million in its Series A and A+ round led by Morningside Venture Capital and Future Capital, per a company statement. 

It closed its Series A round earlier in the first half of 2019 when Morningside injected millions of dollars in the firm. 

ClickPaaS plans to accelerate its expansion and build partnerships with enterprises in the manufacturing, energy, logistics and service industries.

Set up in 2017, ClickPaaS, a subsidiary of cloud-based firm Success Channel, offers application-Platform-as-a-Service (aPaaS) to provide low code development products and solutions.

The Suzhou-based company raised an undisclosed sum in its angel round led by Chinese private equity firm Roy Partners.

DealStreetAsia has also put together a table listing out all prominent venture capital transactions in the Greater China region on December 17 and December 20, 2019. 

As the largest venture capital deal in the past four days, Hipac, a provider of mother and baby care products, has closed $100 million in a Series D round of financing led by South Korean private equity firm Anchor Equity Partners.
