Recently, Yongnam Holdings had to purchase industrial freehold land in Johor as a permanent solution to the shortage of storage land in Singapore for its strutting materials supply. Prior to this, it had to store all the strutting materials in Singapore on a temporary basis, under a temporary occupation license (TOL) which will expire on March 2016.
