Macquarie nears $2b deal for Goldman-Backed AirTrunk in Australia

An affiliate of Macquarie Group Ltd. is in advanced discussions to acquire AirTrunk in a deal that could value the data center company at more than A$3 billion ($2.1 billion), according to people with knowledge of the matter.
