Chinese tech platform Mobvista to acquire marketing firm Reyun for $232m

Technology platform Mobvista has agreed to acquire Reyun, a Chinese third-party mobile measurement and marketing technology firm, for around 1.5 billion yuan ($232 million) in a cash-cum-stock deal, according to an announcement.

The deal will see Reyun becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mobvista. Tony Bai will continue as CEO of Reyun and will be appointed senior vice president of the Mobvista Group once the deal is approved.
