Malaysian private equity firm Navis Capital Partners has sold its stake in Hong Kong-based chemical solutions provider Amazon Papyrus Chemicals Group to Japan’s The Longreach Group.
Longreach said in a statement that it acquired a majority interest in Amazon Papyrus from Navis, and the company’s management.
