Saudi Aramco restructing to impact Keppel & SembCorp

Saudi Arabia is planning to restructure Saudi Aramco, the largest energy company in the world. A state-owned enterprise (SOE) that produces more than 10 per cent of global oil output, its restructuring has implications for the oil & gas industry worldwide.
